Did you upgrade to a trial from the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app?

good luck. i was charged after i tried canceling the day after i entered the trial i didnt even wait a few days. cannot for the life of me find out how to cancel my acct!

Can you please let us know if you upgraded through the app store on a mobile device or if it was through our website directly?

Hello, had to step away for a minute.

I have spent hours with support, never could get the trial plan removed.  I need this situation fixed as soon as possible.

Hi @Tosari, do you have the ticket ID from when you contacted the support team in order to locate it on our system?
