My boss paid for Dropbox Plus at 25.06.2024, but unfortunately it didn't work for some reason, so he had to pay again on 22.07.2024 to be able to continue working with Dropbox. Since he paid for the annual subscription twice, we would like to refund the payment from 25.06. because the funds were withdrawn but subscription not renewed.

Your boss needs to contact Dropbox support direct - nobody here can help and cannot help anybody bar him. He can use https://help.dropbox.com/plans/refund to do so. 

 

However, a common error is applying the upgrade to the wrong account. Get him to use https://help.dropbox.com/billing/find-credit-card-charge to check which account he upgraded initially.
