How can I get a refund for a recent charge on my PayPal account?

Good day, I was on trial for a subscription in June and wanted to canceled before the trial ended. I was charged $199 which is on my PayPal account. I canceled my subscription and I wanted to know how can I receive a refund for this matter? I tried reaching out via email but no reply.

If you didnt cancel in time and there is a legal obligation to issue refunds one is unlikely - you must cancel before the end of a trial to not get charged, as you are told, and agree to, upon sign up.
