Hello,
I am looking for the appropriate account for my transcations. I always see the debits but don't know which account I booked it through. I only have the transaction numbers.
How can I find the corresponding account?

If you’ve received a 12-digit transaction ID for each of your Dropbox payments, you can use this page to see which account it links to.
In case this doesn’t help though, you can always contact our support team and they can further help.
If you do the latter, make sure to follow these steps when logging your ticket. You can also send me your ticket number here afterwards.

For PayPal transactions you need to contact Support using the steps that @Nancy linked to in her reply.

@Clas Dreijer, did you receive direct Dropbox charges (meaning, were you charged through Google Play/iTunes by any chance)?
If the former, please locate the 12-digit transaction ID in your bank statement and insert it in this page.

Hi @maxwessel, as this is related to sensitive billing info, please could you contact our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
