Hi! Yesterday I started the dropbox plus free trial to transfer photos for a project however the free trial is not updating on my app. On the appstore it shows that I have started the free trial and when my plan will renew but the app is still showing that I am on a free plan and is not letting me upload more than 2MB of files.

Have you tried to restore purchases from within the app?

Could you attach a screenshot showing the plan page on the website, and also a screenshot from the app itself showing your plan?
