Dropbox has charged my account $119 when I canceled my subscription last month
I went into my bank account today and noticed a charge of $119 that does not make sense. I canceled my dropbox account last month and I am still getting charged. How can I get a refund??

Hi there, Isaiah Barrett, and welcome to our Community.
Which plan do you see, when you go to your account settings here?
If you see that you're on a Basic free account, is it possible that the charge is for a different Dropbox account?
Try using our payment lookup tool, to see which email address the charge is connected to.
Let me know what you find.

Hi Hannah! I found out the problem, my business account got charged the Dropbox Plus fee for the yearly amount. They said I will be getting a refund because i downgraded back to the Basic plan. Is there a way you can confirm for me that I will be getting that refund back to my business credit card?

Hey Isaiah!
I'm glad you were able to figure out what happened.
Who mentioned the refund, was it our support team?
If so, can you give me the ticket number for your communication with them, so I can check it out?

It wasn't a support team, it was Dropbox just saying there would be a refund after I downgraded my account back to Basic
