Dropbox contact number
Hello im desperately needing a contact number dropbox as i have something very important to talk to them about, im not the best with explaining things over email etc so i feel like im stuck at the moment and i really need their help.

You dont need the number - use the recovery codes you were given when setting up the account and that will get you in. That lets you override the 2FA and get access. When trying to log in and being asked for the code it should have a link that says 'dont have codes' or similar. Click on that and follow instructions.
Unfortunately without those there isnt a way to recover it. When you set it up you tell Dropbox to only allow people to access the account with the secure codes, they dont circumvent that for people.

Inbound phone support is available to business customers (i.e. those paying) which is reasonable.
Paying users can get support via chat etc. if you go to that link.

Ive moved house a good few times and also lost phones/memory cards in that time also which is why im so desperate to get access to my old files.
There must be some sort of procedure in place just in case of these events...
Would they have sent me copy of those numbers/codes to my email address?
Like they're my files and i want them back! I can literally list every device that ive signed into my dropbox with in the past 10 years to prove its me.
I can even tell them what videos/photos are in there aswell still having access to my original email but because i don't have my old number anymore it means i cant access my own account!?
Company's a complete joke.
Seems all they care about is getting money and then they rely on thier customers to to their job for them i.e this community page.
Thankyou to all those who tried to help me, you've just alot more than what dropbox has.
Will never used these again!
