Dropbox Plus subscription does not show up on Google Play.

Hello, Dropbox Forums.

I recently began a 30-day free trial of Dropbox Plus, but when searching for a means to cancel just in case, Google Play gave me a strange result. 

When following the typical steps to cancel Dropbox Plus from the Android app, once redirected to Google Play it reads:
"We couldn't find your subscription.

Make sure you're signed into the right account (Note: I am) and check the list of your current subscriptions (It doesn't show up here)."
Has any other Android user ran into this problem? Does it eventually go away, or is this a dire issue? I'd rather not get billed for something if I don't end up feeling the need for it.

I initiated the trial through the app, the app says I have basic but I never subscribed to basic either! It charged me 11.99 a few days ago when I had talked through customer support calls to have my account removed but then my bank said I'd been charged! I'm so confused I just want my money back and don't want to bother here anymore...

Now it says I don't have a plan?! But I got charged?! What's going on?!?!

Hi @Keltrin, have you tried checking your Google subscriptions on this page to see if you can cancel your plan from there, if you were charged?

I tries but.. I've got nothin-

It says I have no subscriptions I still got 11.99 taken from dropbox out of my account for a "plan" u never paid for

Do you see any confirmed payments (with an invoice and receipt) on this page on your account?

According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

The page shows no payments but the payment on my banking app says GOOGLE*Dropbox and then the area it came from

Have you tried contacting Google Play directly with the payment reference to see if they're able to locate it on their end?

I haven't as I don't know how..
