Hi,
I'd like to downgrade from Advanced to Standard plan for my company, and I have to do it before tomorrow.
I tried to change it several days before and I couldn't.
Here is the description of what happened :
When I'm on the "plan" page and I click on the "change my subscription" in the "Standard plan" section, it brings me back on my admin interface and nothing is changed.
Can someone help me ?

Not here I'm afraid on a weekend 😞
You will need to speak to Dropbox support to do it via www.dropbox.com/support. However, they are only open Monday through Friday.

Hi @hlingletkimso, I hope you’re doing well.
If you wish to change your Business team from Advanced to Standard, please keep in mind that this transition will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.
However, since you mention that the update doesn’t go through in the system, can you please open another browser on your computer and follow these steps once more?
I’d like to check if you’ll see any difference.
