Hello,
I recently found that I am paying for Dropbox, but I don't know for what account (my active account is on a free plan).
I am trying to find the account that the billing is related to, so I can login and cancel the subscription, but since the payment happens through Adyen, I cannot trace its origin.
I have tried the Billing Issues form here: https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues
But since Adyen is not an option for payment method in the form, it does not provide me with an answer.
Any help would be greatly appreciatied!
Hi @JuliaKorthouwer , and welcome to the forum.
You can still submit a billing request to our support team via the link you provided, select a different payment method (like “credit card”), and clarify in your message what has happened exactly, and that Adyen was used instead.
When you’ve submitted it, feel free to send me the ticket number you’ll receive to your email too, and I’ll leave an internal note to our team, as well.
