READY TO PULL ALL MY HAIR OUT.

"Oops.  We've encountered an error" is the only thing that comes up when I try to access my account, which I just renewed.  Despite combing the internet, there is literally no tech support email or phone number other the "Figure it out yourself" FAQ page and of course, the ubiquitous SALES support (which I was desperate enough to try.  Once you're sold, Dropbox wants nothing to do with you).

Does anyone have any freaking contact details for this company?  Thanks.

That error is almost always an error local to the browser.

Have you tried clearing cache / temp internet files etc.?

There is no phone number. Phone support is only available to Business accounts and it's accessible via a callback initiated through the admin console of a Business account.

All others can find the support options available to them on the Support page. If you're on a paid subscription you'll have access to live chat or you can fill out a form to open a ticket.

That said, give Mark's advice a shot first, or try with another browser as a test.
