I have an idea that's very important. When a new Dropbox member creates their account and needs to speak to a live agent. Make sure when they click on contact support, that it actually works and they can actually connect with a live person. And update your FAQ. Because some of the info included is not true and it does not work! Thank you

Live Support is available if people are a paying user. That has always been the case and is documented in other help files. 

 

If you have the articles which are incorrect please share here so the Team can pick up and update.
