Can someone help?

 

I was charged after canceling the service via Paypal. I have a free account.

 

Can I speak with someone on the phone?

 

Since I have a free account, I don't have the call-back option. Although, they just charged me.

 

Thoughts?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

 

 


Can I speak with someone on the phone?

Phone support is only available for Business accounts.
