Changing currency without losing my data.

Changing currency without losing my data.

I need to change from US to $AU.

Dropbox helped section sends me in an eternal spiral despite being in PRo plus. or whatever its called.

I cancelled that plan as info seems to say must cancel first then start a new plan in the new currency.

But it says it will cancel in 2 weeks past ( a date that's already happened ).

I just want to to do an add on to get to T2 of data and not lose files. not renew pro plan.

It's late so i cant express well.  What do i do to avoid losing my files at this point ?

Thanks

Hey @House of Light, welcome to our Community!

It looks like you wish to change from your old currency to a new one. As you mentioned, cancelling your existing plan and allowing for the account to downgrade was the correct first step.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here, has your account been downgraded? What do you see when visiting your plan page

Please be aware that if your account is downgraded, Dropbox will not delete any of your files. Also, what type of plan do you wish to purchase on your end?

You can see our plans here

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
