Cannot register a new account (too many attempts)

I can't register a new account. Server shows "too many attempts" error. I can log in with an existing account, but i need to create a new one with work email. How can I solve the problem?

    The problem was solved after changing the browser from Yandex browser to ms edge. Thank you!
