Cancelling a past subscription without access to account

Hi, 

 

I am just trying to see how I can cancel a past subscription without any access to the account.  We are a sporting organisation and have noticed that there are two dropbox accounts that we have no idea the log in details for.  It seems that the person who set up the orignal accounts left the organisation without providing any details on access to the accounts.  We are being charged every month (twice) $18.69 on our company credit card but we don't have access to these account and would just like to stop the payments and create a new account. 

 

Is this possible? 

 

Would appreciate if someone could contact me on the matter.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
