I have only 2 users active and canceled 6 months ago 6 inactive users and still be charged. Steve and Roman are the only active users and looking for refund for difference for last 6 months

I'm assuming you're using a Business team, correct? 

 

Did you reduce the licenses, or simply remove the members? If you're on a paid Business plan, you should be able to see your Support options right here
