Can’t upgrade my account cause im paying another dropbox account with same apple ID

Hi, i’m trying to upgrade my storage but when i got to the app it says “it seems i’m paying for another dropbox account with the same apple ID.
What to i have to do?
Maybe delete. the app and try again?

Hi @Michelle29, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Have you got another email address which could have a Dropbox account associated to it?

 

Are you able to login to that account to then view this page to see if there are any payments on it?

 

This will help me to assist further!
