Was hoping to get some help! I had a subscription through my last company for Dropbox, which I have not been at for over a year now. I noticed a credit card statement for my annual subscription, as it was tied to my credit card and I honestly forgot about it as it automatically renews.
I cannot login to my account as it sends a 6-digit code to my old email address, which I do not have access too. I need to figure out how I can get a refund and cancel my subscription if I can't login?
Hi @jjmohr06, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
