Yes, you can, though you can only have one account signed in to the Dropbox app at a time (two if you have one personal account and one Business account). Otherwise you can have one account signed in to the app while you use the Dropbox website for the other account(s).

How would I access my business account which is under a different email address?  Everytime I log into www.dropbox.com, it takes me right to my personal account! [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]

Is it a PAID business account (as in one of a multiple seat licence) rather than a consumer type one (i.e. free / Plus or Pro)?

If its a business one then you can link the two accounts. If it isn't you need to log in/out for each one
