Business Advanced I can not upload any file now
Now I and all my team member can not upload any file. We already paid this plan for dropbox concept "As much space as you need", but now we can not upload because it is over quota now.
We already try to chat below, but support decline to add space.

Support said to wait a few days, but I don't know when. :((

My business advanced space is full too and waiting for more space.
Moreover on weekend I can not request any space because support doesn't work on weekend.
So my space will be full until Monday!!
Support don't give enough space for my team every time.

I was able to locate it in our system and passed your comments on to the expert who's handling your case.
