Trouble opening a PP in Dropbox.
Hi. I use Dropbox for work and have a corporate account through Microsoft. When I attempt to open a PP to edit it I only have the option to preview. The option to "open with PP online' is no longer there. I have disconnected the Microsoft app and reinstalled it but it has not worked. An ideas?
Just to confirm, have you tried a different browser to access the site?
Since we can't see the filename, we're not sure if these are full PowerPoint files, could you show more of the screenshot itself, while hiding any personal filenames?
