Currently, my website utilizes Dropbox to access data such as text files and videos. While this integration has worked seamlessly for some time, I have encountered difficulties as the number of users accessing my site has increased. Specifically, I am experiencing performance issues and occasional downtime due to the strain on accessing files from Dropbox when multiple users are concurrently accessing my website.

I’d like a few details first on how the integration works. For example, are your users accessing your videos/text files by clicking on shared links you’ve posted on your website? 

As for the performance and downtime issues, can you send me more info on what’s happening exactly? 

I’d like to have a clearer image of what’s going on.
