Monday.com Automation to Create Drop Box Link through Sync Pulse

We are using Monday.com as our CRM.  I have an integration with Sync Pulse to automatically create a dropbox folder.  When sending this link to clients to upload documents it is not a file request link only viewable.  How can I use this feature to automatically create a file request link from dropbox?

You would need to ask the developers of SyncPulse. They're likely using the Dropbox API so they would need to build that feature into the app themselves. It's not something that Dropbox can do.
