I'm unable to send out forms to be signed. Why is this happening?

Hi can anyone tell me (not tech savvy) why when i send a form to be filled and signed it wont allow me.  Do I have to have a premium account to do this? I have the free standard account as I am just starting out. Thank you in advance

Can you clarify what you see exactly when sending out your form(s)? Any screenshots you can send will be truly appreciated.

Is this the first form you’re trying to send out, or were you able to successfully do this previously?

Hi Nancy this is what I get when I try to send it's the first time i have tried to send. Not very tech savvy either unfortunately.

So, from what I understand, you’re taking this action on www.dropbox.com and not https://app.hellosign.com/. Are you seeing the error message above right after clicking on the “Send for signature” option or later on?

 

Have you tested this on a different web browser or via incognito/private mode on your current browser?
