Hi all,
Our applicant tracking system is currently integrated with HelloSign. Whenever we try to send out eSignature files, the provided field templates do not work as it should auto-populate the specific fields stated. See photo below.
But then, whenever we send out the esignature documents to applicants, the fields dont work and end up just like that.
Does anybody know what to do with this? Thanks in advance!
