I used the Goodsync program to backup Dropbox for years without problem. Now, I installed Windows 11 and when I try to synchronize the Goodsync returns this error:
Cannot get Link info: DeviceControl failed: The file or directory is not a point for new check (error 4390)

As this is an error that you're getting in GoodSync, you should reach out to them for assistance.
It also happens to iCloudDrive and OneDrive
