We recently upgraded the syncing experience between the Files and Dropbox and it should be more reliable now. Ensure that your Dropbox app is upgraded to receive the full benefits of this experience!

Have you figured out why this happens. It’s gotten to the point for me that every single time I annotate a pdf it freezes. This is infuriating and is affecting my productivity. I have the paid version of Dropbox, not the free one. If I don’t get a solution for this issue, I will need to find another cloud storage app.

I updated to the very latest app on my iPad and now it seems to be working.
No problems now in about three weeks.
