We recently upgraded the syncing experience between the Files and Dropbox and it should be more reliable now. Ensure that your Dropbox app is upgraded to receive the full benefits of this experience!

You asked, and I heard you. I am here and ready to help! It seems a lot of you are still experiencing this issue or similar ones.
Instead of troubleshooting all of you here, I think it would be a better idea for us to switch to emails.
Can you try submitting your ticket here while you're being logged out from your Dropbox account? Once you do, reply back to me and let me know your reference number, so I can locate it on our system and take it from there.
If any of you face issues while trying to do so, let me know.

Hi I opened a ticket at the link above, #15980101. I think I was logged in however, I didn't understand the part where I needed to be logged out before submitting a ticket? It seemed to have worked.

The first thing I saw at the link was a login request, so how do I proceed not logged in? Also not clear to me how to submit a case. All I see are the self help and community links.

- ChrisC813 years agoExplorer | Level 4I submitted that ticket yesterday and was contacted by another agent last night. I explained why I opened a ticket and link to this forum. I got a notification this morning that the ticket was closed. Was there a point to doing that??
- ae6dx003 years agoExplorer | Level 4I got a reply to my ticket from Samantha saying clear Dropbox cache uninstall restart and reinstall. So far working fine but usually takes a bit to fail.

Keep me posted. - Andrew553 years agoHelpful | Level 5There are reports of an iPadOS bug that causes some applications to malfunction (freezes, crashes). A workaround is to go into the Accessibility settings and turn on Full keyboard access. I haven’t seen the problem since I did that, but I have not made heavy use of Files yet.
