I am getting the following errors from one of our Salesforce customers who is using the Dropbox Salesforce integration app.  Any thoughts on what is going on here, and how this might be fixed?

Scheduled job 'FISCHEDULE - Change Owners 170793xxxxxxx' threw unhandled exception.

caused by: System.AsyncException: could not store job: FISCHEDULE - Change Owners 170793xxxxxxx orgId: 00D5xxxxxxxxxxx common.exception.SqlDupValOnIndexException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "akcron_job_detail"
  Detail: Key (organization_id, job_name)=(00D5xxxxxxxxxxx, FISCHEDULE - Change Owners 170793xxxxxxx) already exists.
  Where: SQL statement "INSERT /*UddDmlCronJobDetail.sql(88f605a):insert_detail:34*/ INTO core.cron_job_detail

Class.Dropbox_for_SF.ChangeOwnerBatchSchedule.execute: line 47, column 1

May I ask if you're a team member on the account that's having the issue or a team admin? 

 

Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

@Walter We have recently changed a few users' username and email. Now we have observed a lot of apex jobs are scheduled entitled "FISCHEDULE - Change Owners xxxxxxxxxx ” from one of those users and we are getting this error.
