I am getting the following errors from one of our Salesforce customers who is using the Dropbox Salesforce integration app. Any thoughts on what is going on here, and how this might be fixed?

Detail: Key (organization_id, job_name)=(00D5xxxxxxxxxxx, FISCHEDULE - Change Owners 170793xxxxxxx) already exists.

May I ask if you're a team member on the account that's having the issue or a team admin?
Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?

I am team admin
@Walter We have recently changed a few users' username and email. Now we have observed a lot of apex jobs are scheduled entitled "FISCHEDULE - Change Owners xxxxxxxxxx ” from one of those users and we are getting this error.
