Dropbox Sign won't allow me to send the document to many people, why?

I have dropbox plus and want to send a document to 20 people for them to sign.  I know on dropbox plus you can send up to 3 docs a month but each doc can go to 20 people to sign.  At the moment when I have more than one signer added and i've added the fields to the doc the 'next' button is always greyed out and won't allow me to continue to sending the doc

Hi @Danielle H, let's jump right into this! 

Do you try to send the request using the Dropbox integration directly? If so, have you tried doing it from Dropbox Sign directly? 

If I were you, I'd also try to use a different browser, and an incognito mode on my current one.
