I must have saved my edited social media files in Dropbox via my Canva link. When I uploaded it to EDIT and make changes, it could only upload as IMAGES and could not be edited. HELP please. I need to edit those files. Now it is not in Canva anymore but in DROPBOX and it needs to be uploaded. Anybody know how to fix this?
Thank you Mark for taking time to respond. When retrieving the file from Dropbox back to Canva, it is not editable as you rightfully said. MEANING in future I will keep the designs I need to re-edit on Canva and not save to DROPBOX 😉
Thats not a Dropbox issue - its one in Canva I'm afraid.
My guess is that you've downloaded versions of the actual 'finished' project as images because Canva doesnt allow you to download editable files. Everything like that stays on Canva itself. So, when you saved to Dropbox you downloaded a graphic representation of the files.
Have you been back on to Canva to see if you can recover the files if you then deleted them?
