Hello. I can log into my account no problem; however, when I go to access a specific file the system then informs me that I need to have an account to access my files!! I have checked and cookies are enabled. What I am possibly missing??

You need a Google account to access Docs, Sheets, or Slides

Hey @Cannotaccessfiles, welcome to our Community.

It seems that the files you're trying to access, are G-Suite files (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).

In order to access them, you need to have a Google account with the same email address as your Dropbox and link it to your Dropbox.

Has this been done already? If not, you can link your Google account to your Dropbox here.

Let me know how it goes.
