Could you please clarify what you’re referring to? Is it the website, the desktop app, or the mobile app?
 
Any additional info so as to have a better understanding of your feedback would be very helpful.

Thanks Lusil.  I'm talking about the Desktop app, and the iOS apps. The white background is too bright for viewing in a dark room.

The smart invert feature works well on my iphone and ipad, so that help me a bit.

Youtube even has a dark theme.
