I have logged on this morning and all my folders have disappeared?

Does this have something to do with Google or is it Dropbox?

Hi @alyhiles! Welcome to the Community.

Can you clarify what you mean when asking if this is related to Google? Did you use a different method to log in to your Dropbox account this time?

From what you describe, it’s possible you’ve created a new Dropbox account, and your files are stored on your old account instead. So, you’ll need to log out of your current Dropbox account, and log back in the same way you did in the past (with your old email address and password).

Let me know if that helps, or if there’s something else going on.
