I can't delete a spam file that was added to my account.

a phisher loaded a spam file on in my dropbox and the three dots are not giving me the option to delete the file. I can delete all my other files/folders.  Suggestions? Thanks!

How did that happen exactly? Did someone have access to your Dropbox account, or is this a shared file? 

What options do you see on your end, when clicking the ellipsis next to the file?
