Using 76 Gbyte out of 50 but Dropbox says it's nearly full,, and I can't delete files

Hi,

I have a Team Member Account with 50 TB Space of wich I use 76 Gbyte for Data. But Dropbox shows that I'm using 41,8 TB.

I got Error Messages with one Backup I cannot delete:

I also get Error Messages trying to finally delete my own files from the dropbox "deleted files" section:

What can I do?

Hi AuB Db, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for your answer. I tried Safari and Chrome on Mac. And I tried private mode. -> Didn't help...

Thanks for the info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
