since an update on my Mac I am not able to review and work within my old file structure. The Dropbox Foulder within the finder was gone. I did an App reset but now both old 2024 Files and Folders are missing. Same on the web account.

Do you mean that the entire Dropbox folder is missing, or the content within the folder?
Also, since you mentioned an update on your Mac, are you referring to an OS update?
Since you mentioned that the account is also empty, would you mind checking your events page to let me know what you're able to see there?

Parts of the Foulder are missing.
Mac OS yes. Latest Event was me adding the Dropbox App on the 12of June 2024.
And two uploads around and of July

unfortunately not. They are gone.
And you don't see them in your deleted files page here either, right?
Were they folders you shared with others or just normal non-shared folders, @mokik?

Not visible within the deleted files.
They were non-shared folders.
However I placed the folders within a shared structure of our company's account.
But we couldn´t find them neither files or folders anymore. Company account is neu.land
One of the folders was Called Ela Mo New Products 2425
Please note my colleague also opened a case for me and was in contact with your support yesterday.

without these very important files
You should be able to check your email's inbox for your communication with our Support @mokik.
Also, is it possible that the content was never synced from the device to your account online?
