Share account disconnected and file missing from our company dropbox
Some of the share accounts in our dropbox account suddenly deleted but the admin did not do this. At the same time, nearly all files in the dropbox were missing when we try to reconnect. Why will that happen? We still can't locate the missing files. Anyone can give me some advice pls?

Could you clarify if you're using a team account or an individual one?
Do you see any signs of your files in the events page? This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint or two.

Hi Walter,
We are using a team account.
We saw some of the folders/files in the event page but when we try to restore them, we found all the files in the folders are missing. The folders are empty folders. How can this can happen? Can you help to restore these? This cause us a serious problem as we dont have any back up.
