Delete, edit, and organize
Solve issues with deleting, editing, and organizing files and folders in your Dropbox account with support from the Dropbox Community.
Hi there,
I'm hoping someone can offer some advice! I received some film scans via Dropbox at the end of last year. I'd opened this link and the photos had downloaded into the Dropbox app on my iPhone. Unfortunately my phone 'offloaded' Dropbox since I didn't use the app often enough to remain active, and when I redownloaded it and logged in today, all of my photos had disappeared. Has this happened to anyone before and is there an easy solve to try and restore my photos?
Many thanks,
Andrew
Hey @andrewstvnsn, sorry to hear about your missing files.
Can you please have a look at your events page and let me know what you find? This is the place where all uploads, edits, and deletions are normally logged so it should give you a hint.
Also, when was the last time you logged into this account before? Is it possible that you hadn't logged in there for more than a year?
Keep us posted!
