You can easily delete your account yourself from your Account page. Just scroll to the bottom of the page and you'll see an option to delete the account.

When I scroll to the bottom of the Account page, I was asked to set up a password before I could delete my account. I clicked the button to set up the password, and received an email to verify my account. I clicked on the button in the body of the email to verify my account and see no further prompts to set up a password that is required to delete my account. The OP is correct that dropbox has choice architectured this process to Hell and left this user frustrated.
Hey @Confusing, can you try to resend the email once again and let me know if the option shows now?
If not, I’d like a screenshot of the button you’re clicking on to send the email, as well as of the actual email you receive (please make sure to mask any personal info before uploading them here).
