I have logged in to find all my files missing and the account downgraded to 2GB. I believe my subscription/payment is up to date. I don't remember my subscription level (Business or Pro maybe?), but it was at least 1TB and 3 users (which I upgraded to 4 a couple of months ago).
Any assistance is appreciated.
Hi there @SuzyAlbury, sorry to hear about this.
It sounds like you might be looking at the wrong account. Do you happen to have another Dropbox account associated with another email address of yours?
When you first upgraded, was it through the app store on a mobile device or maybe through the website directly?
As for your missing files, do you see any sign of them in your events page?

All activity is via desktop
