Hi there,
I have a shared folder where a person deleted many files 3 months ago.
At the moment I have the basic version. Is there any chance to recover the files if I pay the premium subscription?

Unfortunately not. Once outside of the recovery window (i.e. 30 days here) they are not recoverable. Thats the same even if you pay.
Have you asked the other party if they have copies still? They could have just moved to another directory?

Yes even if you see the file in the Events list you cannot recover beyond your own limit.
