Dropbox - running out of space and unable to delete files

Hello,

I have the dropbox with 2gigs of storage. There are 3 gigs in storage. I am trying to delete files, and to download some of the files so that I can clean my stoarge out. I am unable to do either. Am I locked out? I don't necessarily need to upgrade right now.

Thank you,

Dan

Dropbox doesn't prevent you from deleting or downloading files when you're over your storage quota. What, exactly, is happening when you try?
