Hi @Goma85, happy Monday, let's jump into this!

If you want to recover deleted content back from January, it wouldn't work to upgrade your account. Essentially, when you upgrade your account, the extended recovery time is only effective from that point on. It does not work retroactively.

I could send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this, but I can't promise you that the folder will be recoverable.

Let me know how you wish to proceed!

On february 17th I have removed some shared folders and files.

The folders and files are not under deleted files.

How can I restore the deleted folders and files?

If you're on a Basic account, it won't be possible to recover those files. Deleted files can only be recovered within 30 days of deletion.

No.

Upgrading isnt retroactive. So you would only start benefitting from the 180 day recovery window from the day you paid.

Unfortunately, no. The extended recovery time is only effective from the time of the upgrade. It doesn't work retroactively.

Thank you for the answer and your help! I fortunately found a backup of the specific folder on one of my storage discs.
Thank you anyway!!
