I deleted a photo from dropbox, then delete permanently from the website menu, however it's still accessible online by viewing the photo driectly using the

previews.dropboxusercontent.com/p/thumb/ URL. How do I also have this deleted?

I accessed the URL today on the PC I originally deleted the image as well as a device on another network, and the image is no longer there.

I assume it took a while before the image was completely removed from the server side.

The issue seems to be resolved, thank you for your support.

Thanks for letting us know, @JohnJohn78.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, to see if that helps?

Keep me posted.

Hi,

No, I haven't, but after deleting the photo I accessed the same link from a different device on a different network and was still able to view it on the other device also.

Thanks for the update here, John.

How was this link created?

It was created by right clicking on the file in Windows and selecting ”Copy Dropbox Link”

If you could clear your cache, and try again that'd be amazing @JohnJohn78

And if you could also send us a screenshot, I'd appreciate it in order for us to have a visual too.
