Can't Delete Back Up

Can't Delete Back Up

Out of the blue, I have a backup from a device I don't even own (Toshiba). And now, for whatever reason I can't delete the back up and thus my Dropbox account is unusable. Any suggestions?

Wow, Walter. Thanks for the super quick reply. After several attempts (and without knowing exactly what I did) I was able to delete the back up.

I also realized the Toshiba device that was the source of the back up was a portable hard drive I connected to my MacBook. I didn’t request it to be backed up but somehow it was.

Thank you again for responding so quickly.

Hi there @sjv123 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

So, just to clarify, you're trying to delete the backup from your backups page and you're getting an error?

Let me know and we'll take it from there.
