Dropbox is slow and not moving files. The move is taking 20 minutes and then failing. It's affecting our workflow.

Hi @subpoenas, what is the size of the content you're moving? 

 

Have you tried the desktop app, by any chance?

How are you performing this move? Using our website or the Dropbox folder on your computer?

 

If you're doing it through the website, have you tried it from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if it helps?
