Hi. I've set up addtodropbox on my desktop pc but none of the 6 tests sent have uploaded to the Email Attachments folder. Yes I'm using the @addtodropbox.com email provided. Sent from both mac and gmail accounts. What am I doing wrong?

Bugger. You’re right - yes attachments upload fine. Thanks. That was not my understanding. Not so clear in the online help advice.

Hey @DMacMelbourne - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Have you ensured that your emails are within limit as per this Help Center article?

Let me know and we'll take it from there.

Thanks for your quick reply Walter.
The original email was 6 messages long, with no attachments. The latter ones were all simple one-liners with no content. Thanks. David

PS. I’m not receiving ‘undelivered mail returned to sender’ messages from any account.

Could you try another browser and let me know if you get the same results @DMacMelbourne

Hi. Tried using Google and Safari, have dumped my history (past 24hr). No change/ no upload to Dropbox.
Thanks.

Hi @DMacMelbourne, just to clarify, are you trying to send attachments to your Dropbox account, or your actual emails themselves?

Hi Jay.
I’m trying to email to my @addtodropbox.com address. Dropbox says I’m set up but none of the emails land in my ‘Email Attachments’ folder. I’ve sent from my Mac and Gmail accounts and I’ve logged in on iPhone and PC. 🤷🏼‍:male_sign:

I think you've misunderstood how the feature works. It doesn't save email messages; only attachments. If you send an email with an attachment, the attachment is saved to the folder. The message itself is not saved.
